Dezrez Customer Portal - Auto Registration

In order to streamline your clients experience of registering with the Customer Portal we've developed some optional functionality that allows clients who you already have the details for within Dezrez to register with your Customer Portal without filling in anything other than a password.

The functionality works via a merge field in Dezrez Post which will generate a custom link to your Dezrez Customer Portal which can be emailed to your client:

When clicked this link will register the client in Anytime using the information that exists in Rezi, the only thing your client will need to do is provide a password like so:

Please bear in mind that for this to work the client will have to have a valid email address stored in Dezrez.

Setup

Once we have enabled it you will be able to add the merge field to your Rezi Post documents, the merge field is intended to be used on documents that only have one recipient, for example a Vendor Welcome Pack.

1. Open the document in Word
   
2. In the Keyword Field Search in the Rezi Post plugin type Rezi Anytime
   
3. Click Configure
   
4. You can choose to have a plain link, and image link or a QR code and you can change the wording of the link or the size of the QR code, once you are happy with your selection please click Insert.
   
5. Save the document back to Dezrez and you are good to go.
