Dynamic Market Appraisal - Your upcoming appraisals

As soon as a valuation is booked in Rezi it will automatically send a text message and or email to the potential vendor advising them of their upcoming appointment. The link will take them to a presentation detailing what they can expect in their visit. If preferred, Auto-send can be switched off so they can be sent manually - this will be discussed later in the guide.

The Presentation – Pre Appraisal

The presentation will include information such as:-

       -       A profile of the valuer

-       What to expect on your visit

-       Tips for preparing the property

-       A message page where the potential vendor/landlord can send you a message

The Widget – Upcoming appraisals 

Any upcoming appointments will show on a dashboard widget called “Dynamic Market Appraisal - Your upcoming appraisals”

[1] Edit your Profile

 Here you can upload your profile picture and add a profile biography. 

[2] Property - This will show you the address of the property and if you click on the link it will take you to the property in Rezi.

[3] Group Name – This will show you the name of the vendor/landlord that the appointment is for and if you click on the name it will open the presentation that has been sent.

[4] Any messages that have been sent to you from within the market appraisal can be viewed by clicking on the message icon.

[5] + [6] By default the dynamic marketing appraisals will be sent automatically by text and email. You can also switch off the ability to automatically send out emails and/or text messages by using the toggle switch. Slide the auto text and auto email toggle switched to off (grey) to activate manual sending. 

 [7] + [8] If you have chosen not to automatically send out texts and emails you will see the option to individually send out texts and emails.

If you click “Send Text or Send Email Now” you will see the following pop up:-

when you click on the above drop down list you can choose to send an appraisal template that is tailored for Sales or Lettings you can also pick a general template.

There is also an option to preview the template before you send it.

The 'Last Opened' column shows you when the appraisal was last opened and the 'opens' column informs you how many times the homeowner has looked at the document. 

Dynamic Market Appraisal - Your appraisals

Once you have recorded a valuation in Rezi a text message will be sent to the potential vendor with a link to a presentation. 

The Presentation – Post Appraisal 

The presentation will include information such as:-

      -        A thank you message and information such as recommended asking price

-       Steps to success

-       Tips to achieve the best price for your home

-       A message page where the potential vendor/landlord can send you a message

The Widget – Your appraisals

 

Once you have recorded a valuation in Rezi it will show on a widget on your dashboard called

“Dynamic Market Appraisal - Your appraisals”

 This has all the same functionality as the 'Your upcoming appraisals' widget.
