How to create a list of To-do's

In this guide, I will show you how to create a list of tasks for properties.


Here is the video guide for creating a list of To do's
 

Firstly I can navigate to a list of properties and select the ones I need to have a to-do against them. In this example, I will be using a ‘Property Update Call’ for all the vendors.

 


 

Once selected I can click on the Create to-do option in the toolbar.

 


 

It will then open up the to-do section for me.

 


 

In here I can click create to-do on the top right-hand side of the screen. This will allow me to fill in the details I will need to remind me of the task.


 

I can then look at when this task needs to be completed, which will send me a reminder inside of Rezi. I can also assign it to myself or colleagues in the office.

 


 

Once I have filled in the boxes that I need, I can press save on the top right of the screen.

 


 

This has now created my list of to-do’s.
