In this guide, I'll show you how to generate an agreement in Rezi PM. You can utilise Rezi Post to customise your agreement by adding your own terms and conditions into the document and including merge fields like rent and move-in date fields to pull in the data.
Firstly, you must navigate to the tenancy screen. You can do this by clicking the Tenancies section on the left-hand navigational panel.
Once on a list of tenancies, you can either filter or search for the tenancy you need. Once you've located the tenancy simply click on the list and it'll open up the page for you.
Once in on the tenancy, on the right hand side of the screen you'll see a 'Generate Agreement' button. Next to it, there is a small arrow icon. From here you can also upload an agreement if one has been generated outside of Rezi. From here simply click upload and locate the file on your computer.
To generate an agreement via Rezi, simply click on the 'Generate Agreement' button. This will open up a dialogue box to allow you to pick which agreement you would like to send. From here you can either click preview, which will allow you to make changes to the documents before sending. Or press generate, to simple product the document. If the agreement is in an email format, it will auto-send to the tenants when pressing 'Generate'.
You can also choose who to sign off the document as, any negotiator with access to Rezi will be in this list, and also which brand you would like to send it from.
