How to manage fees in Rezi PM

In this guide, I will show you how to add and manage fees in Rezi PM. Here you can add some custom fees that you can choose from a dropdown menu when the time comes.


There is a stock of fees which can edited from your admin centre. Simply log into PM as normal and click your agency name on the top left-hand side. From here it will open Setting and Preference.

 


 

On the menu bar on the left, click ‘Fees’. Here you will see a list of all of your Fees in Rezi and Rezi PM. Use the filter screen to select Lettings.

 



Once here click ‘Add New Fee’ and a window will pop up allowing you to fill in the boxes that are necessary.

 


 

It’s important to remember that if you need your fees to be deducted from the rent, please select the Management option in the Category part.

 

Once you have added all the info you need, please click Save. This option will now be available to you in every option for fees in Rezi and PM.
