Interactive Feedback Workflow



Stop the chase, automated client feedback requests made simple.  


The Interactive Feedback Workflow will automatically send out a feedback form via text to the applicant two hours after the viewing has taken place (the time can be changed if 2 hours is to soon. Please contact our support team if you would like a different time). The text message, as shown below, will be sent to the viewer.


 

The form will include a picture of your logo and the first line of the address of the property. The form will allow the client to rate things like the location, condition, and the price of the property.



This form is dynamic so it can change depending on someone’s answer to a question. For example, if the client has stated that they would like to make an offer, an additional question will open asking how much they would like to offer.


Once the client has submitted the feedback, a notification will appear in the bottom right corner of Rezi that says there has been feedback received for a property and a button you can click to view the details.


There is also a widget available on the dashboard where all recent feedback received can be reviewed if the notification is missed.


The feedback will be removed from the widget once the vendor has been notified tick box has been ticked on the viewings section of the property.


Alternatively, the feedback can also be removed from the requires reporting section by ticking the vendor has been notified box.







How to add the widget?

To add the widget, click on the dashboard button located on the top corner of Rezi. Once on your dashboard you can add a widget by scrolling to the bottom of the page and hovering over one of the plus icons (+).

Click on the blue add widget button and select ‘Platformz’ and then ‘Platformz App’ from the menu.



Enter a widget description which will be the name of the widget and then add the widget.



The widget added will display a list of apps and the app you will need to look for is the ‘Interactive Feedback’ app. Click on the 'Use' button to add this to your dashboard.
