Interactive No-Show Workflow



Reduce last-minute cancellations and get notified ahead of time

The Interactive No-Show Workflow will automatically send out a text to an applicant before their viewing takes place which reminds them of the appointment and provides a link to a form that they can fill out if they are unable to attend. The text message will be sent out 2 hours before the viewing.


The form will include the first line of the property address along with a picture and some details of it. They will also be able to answer the question whether they will be attending the viewing.



If they choose to cancel the viewing, this will open some further questions to find out if they are still interested, a date they’d like to rebook the viewing for, and a reason for cancelling.



Once submitted the client will see a message Confirming the viewing has been cancelled. 

The below image will then pop-up in the bottom right corner of Rezi to notify you of the cancellation.  



As a result of the client cancelling the viewing, the following events will take place:

-      The appointment will be cancelled in the Rezi diary automatically

-      An email will be sent to the branch confirming the cancellation. Extra email addresses can be added so that the alert is not missed. 

 

Some additional options that you can have enabled are:

[1] Send a text message to the vendor advising that the viewing has been cancelled

[2] Send a text message to the negotiator advising the viewing has been cancelled

[3] We can also enable a feature so that if the viewing is booked for the same day the viewer does not get a text message asking them if they are going to attend

[4] By default the text message reminder is sent 2 hours before the viewing but this can also be changed.

There is also a widget available on the dashboard where you can see a list of all cancelled viewings that have been requested to be rebooked. To remove them from the widget, simply click in the box under the dealt with column.



How to add the widget?

To add the widget, click on the dashboard button located on the top corner of Rezi. Once on your dashboard you can add a new widget by scrolling to the bottom of the page and hovering over one of the plus icons (+).


Click on the blue add widget button and select ‘Platformz’ and then ‘Platformz App’ from the menu


Enter a widget description which will be the name of the widget and then add the widget.



The widget added will display a list of apps, you will need to find the one titled ‘Cancelled viewings to be re-booked‘ and click on use.


This widget will then be added to your dashboard and will show you all viewers that have requested a new viewing appointment.


Once you click "dealt with" the record will be removed from the widget.
