Setting Internal Reminders
This guide will take you through the process of setting internal reminders.
The system reminders will allow you to set reminders that will appear in the Dezrez. These reminders are individual to each user who sets them.
There are two types of reminders available, Appointment reminders which will notify the user of appointments they are listed for and Task reminders which will remind users of any to-do tasks that are due.
You will need to click on your name at the top right-hand side of Dezrez, and then on the cog icon
Once you have clicked on the cog icon, you must click on 'My Preference' to see the reminders section. You will need to select if you want the appointment or task reminders at the top of the box that will appear.

You must remember to tick the System Notifications box as well for the reminders to work.
For the notification to work the system notification and at least one time frame have to be selected, however, you can select more than one time frame if you wish and you will receive a notification at each of those times.
Once you have selected what you want you will need to press save.
When you receive the notification it will show in two places.
For a limited time, it will appear in the bottom right corner of the screen.
You will also receive it in the notifications centre, this will also give option to snooze the reminder as well. If you press snooze you will receive the reminder again in 5 minutes.
