Leadz Qualifier Tool

Qualify, prioritize and convert your enquiries into valued instructions.

The Leadz Qualifier Tool captures leads from :-
  1. Zoopla*
  2. RightMove
  3. Your website*
    * Zoopla - For Zoopla qualified leads in Rezi, contact Zoopla directly to request the lead integration.
    * Your Website For you to be able to see leads that come in from your website your web developer will need to do some work to allow leads from your website to come into Rezi. 
     
  
 Please ask them to read this guide with an explanation on how to do this.  We will also need to provide you with a new Web API key. If you decide to do this, please contact our support team who will provide your web developer with more instructions.

New Lead

If the person who created the lead is already in your Rezi system, the lead will show on the groups timeline as well as the widget.

If the person who created the lead is not currently in your Rezi system, the following two actions will occur:

  1. A group will be created in Rezi for the person who created the lead.
  2. If a mobile phone number is present, the person will receive a text message with a link to a form with some questions. Here is an example of what the form will look like.


The Widget

The widget displays both sales and lettings leads and will also display a request type, so you know what this person is looking for, e.g. viewing request.

Once the widget is added to your dashboard, you will see the name of the person who has made a request.



The tick box indicates if the person has filled in the form which was text to them when the lead was created.

We can also see the date the lead was created; this allows you to prioritize certain leads. The age of the lead is also shown by the colour on the right-hand side.

·          Green – Leads less than 48 hours old.

·          Amber – Leads older than 48 hours but less than 1 week old.

·          Red – Leads older than 1 week old.   


        Clicking on the 3 lines on the right will display information regarding the property 



From this section, you can:

·        

  1. View the lead details.
  2. View the group details.
  3. Log a call.
  4. Send an email.
  5.  Send a text message.
Once the person has been contacted, the dropdown at the top of the widget can be used to select outcome of the lead. Once an option has been selected, the lead can be marked as dealt with.

How to add the widget? 


To add the widget, click on the dashboard button located on the top corner of Rezi. Once on your dashboard you can add a new dashboard on the upper right corner. 




Click on the blue add widget button and select ‘Platformz’ and then ‘Platformz App’ from the menu.

Enter a widget description which will be the name of the widget and then add the widget. 


The widget added will display a list of apps, you will need to find the three leads widgets and click on use.
