Maintenance Job List
In this guide, I'll show you how to navigate to and manage your maintenance jobs. You can see a list of all of the jobs that I have recorded in the system with various statuses.
To navigate to this list simply click on the navigational panel on the left-hand side and click maintenance jobs. This will present you with a list of all the jobs that are currently open or in progress at the moment. You're able to order this list in date order and also search at the very top of the screen using the search box.
You're able to use the fantastic filter section to filter list down to specific contractors, so for instance you could see what a particular contractor is dealing with that week. You can also filter it down by what jobs are due when and also any particular status like awaiting Landlord's approval. You can use multiple filters at the same time as well, for instance you could see what jobs British Gas have this week.
You're able to see all the jobs information from the columns provided in the table, this would be the name of the job the date raised the date the job will take place and various different stages along the job.
To see more information about a job simply click on the title which will take you in to that specific job. From here you can see the full details of the job and make any amendments you wish to make.
