STC/Let agreed Flag on Portal and Websites

In this guide, I will show you how to mark a property as STC or let agreed on our portal and with feeds.

On a property, when you accept an offer on a Sales or Lettings property, the status of the property in Rezi moves to Offer Accepted / Let Agreed respectively.
We will continue to market the property as available to your portal and web feeds unless you explicitly request that the property is marketed as STC / Let Agreed.

When accepting an offer on a Sales property, you will see a tick box titled "Mark as STC":



Similarly, when accepting an offer on a Lettings property, you will see a tick box titled "Mark as Let Agreed":



Ticking this box will market the property in your feeds as STC / Let Agreed respectively.
If you do not tick these boxes at the time of accepting the offer, you can retrospectively tick it as follows:

Navigate to the property in question, and click the orange Actions button, followed by Change Price:



Then, within the pop-up window, select the "Offer Accepted" marketing flag tick box, and then "Save changes". The property will be updated in your feeds within the relevant timescales:
