Part 1: Communication & why it is vital in modern estate agency in the UK

In this modern world of communication it has never been easier to stay in touch with each other, but somehow we still struggle to maintain acceptable levels of communication and to meet the expectations of our clients when it comes to staying in touch with them.

A survey carried out recently found that 6 in 10 Britons admitted that they are rubbish at keeping in touch with friends or family, takings days, weeks or even months to return calls.  Our friends and family are likely to forgive us if we aren’t the best at getting back to them, but someone thinking about selling may not be as forgiving and someone who has already appointed us is more likely to become frustrated than our family if we don’t call back the same day.

The Importance of Keeping in Touch with Potential Clients

As a business owner, one of the most important things you can do is to stay in contact with potential clients. This is especially true when it comes to cultivating relationships and growing your customer base.
