In this guide we’ll go through how to navigate around the dashboard in p.m. There are several categories on this page that are extremely useful to navigate around the software. When you first log into the system you will automatically land on the management dashboard.
Current Properties
The first category we see is current properties. This section will allow you to see your current property is broken down into fully managed, rent collection and tenant find. You are able to click on the larger number to get to the entire list or feel free to select the subcategories to get to an already filtered list. See guide for properties here.
Current Tenancies
To view all the current tenancies in the software you’re able to click on either the large number at the top of the screen or you’re able to click the subcategories of pre-tenancy, active, renewing and ending. These will take you through to an already filtered list depending on the category that you select. In Rosie PM you now have the two additional categories of renewing and ending allowing you to see the tenant and the landlord next intentions. See guide for tenancy is here.
Expiring Tenancies
This section will look at all of the tenancies that will be expiring in the next three months you can click on the graph itself to go into a filtered list to see the properties which are expiring. Once you’ve clicked on the list don’t forget that you can look further in the future to see any expiring tenancies that are happening in the next six, 12 or later months.
Maintenance jobs
In this particular section you’re able to see the maintenance jobs that have been raised recently. You can see a subset of statuses for the jobs that have been raised and the number of jobs currently in that status. You can click on the large number the very top of the screen to get into a list of all of the jobs that are currently outstanding at the moment. See guide for maintenance jobs here.

This category will show you any items that are missing from a tenant all Landlord. Again, it has subcategories for the tenants it’s ID required, right to rent and tenant references required. You can click on these to enter a filtered list dedicated for that category. The Landlord section will already have the ID required and bank account required these are landlords that currently don’t have these items.
Expiring items
We have a section dedicated for properties and items which are expiring on them this could be gas safety, electrical safety or fire equipment safety certificate. Each subcategory will have a count where you can see less than 30 days, less than 14 days and certificates that I’ve already been expired. Feel free to click on either of those to bring up an already filtered list.
Deposit
This graph will show you how many deposits you have on the system and when they were taken. You can click on the graph to take you into the list of deposits. You do have unprotected deposits option on this graph as well which will allow you to protect the deposit if it’s not with a deposit scheme at the moment.
