Property Details Screen

 In this guide, I’ll show you how to use and manage a property on Rezi PM. This section is different from the tenancy screen as it houses everything to do with the property rather than the tenancy. For example, it will house the certificates and licenses and utilities and suppliers.


At the very top of the screen, you’re able to see some details about this property. You can see the address, bedrooms and property type. You’re also able to see requirements for any certificates and licenses that need attention and you can also see the landlord details at the top of the screen.



 

In the blue bar at the very top of the screen, you can see full options.

 

Appointments – this section will house all of the appointments that have been booked for this particular property. Simply click on this option to open up a screen that shows you a list of appointments. From here you can also add new appointments to the system



 

Notes and activities – this section will hold every note that this property has had and also timestamps the actions that have taken place. From the bottom of this window, you can add any notes to the system from here and view any actions that have happened on this property for example appointments booked into the property.



 

Documents - Here is a list of the documents that are currently stored against this property. It has categories like certificates and licenses and even property images as well. Simply click on the link or the option is to view edit or delete the image.



 

Actions – the action menu will house several options that you can select for this property you can add certificates of licenses and utilities and suppliers and also raise maintenance jobs from here.



 

Overview tab


You will see when you navigate to a property that you automatically land on the overview tab. This will automatically show you the current tenancy that you have on this property i.e. someone that currently lives at this property. You are also able to see active, pre-tenancy and historic. This will allow you to see who lives there now, who is going to live there and who has lived there in the past as well. You can click on any one of these entities to navigate to the tenancy page for each current or historic tenancy.



 

On the right-hand side of the screen, you’re able to see the keys and alarm codes for this particular property. Use the options on the right-hand side to add and delete keys and also alarm codes from this property. Don’t forget that any changes made in p.m. will also be reflected in Rezi.



 

Certificate and licenses

 

From here you’re able to view and manage any certificates and licenses you have for this particular property. It will show you the status of the certificate as well which is either active, expiring soon or expired. You are also able to upload documents from here by clicking on the icon on the far right-hand side where a window will appear. From this window, you’re able to click browse and upload your documents from here. If the certificate has a document it will be an orange icon, if it is greyed out then there’s no document attached to it.



 

Simply click upload certificate to open up the window allowing you to upload the certificate from there. You’re able to select from the drop-down menu which type of certificate it is and upload the document from here as well. Please remember if your option is not on the list then you can simply click other and give that a title for example a CO2 certificate.



 

Utilities and suppliers

 

From this tab, you’re able to add your utilities and suppliers in the table provided. It will show you the type of utility provider and the latest readings for it. To add a service or reading simply click the button on the right-hand side of the screen allowing you to open a window. From here you’re able to add in type of utility and search for a supplier, please note that if you need to add a supplier see our guide for ‘Adding a supplier to PM’.  You can add your meter readings and the reading date as well. There is also a section where you can put the liable party whether the landlord or the tenant is responsible for it.



 

Maintenance jobs

 

From this section, you will be able to see all jobs that exist for this property. Please note that it does show previous and current jobs, so you’ll be able to see a complete history of the jobs this property has had regardless of tenancies. In the table, you’re able to see who reported the issue when it was reported the priority and the status of this job. Now to add a job to the system simply click the add maintenance job button from there. To see your guide and add a maintenance job please click here.
