Raising an Idea

This section will tell you how to raise a feature request or an idea with us.

Sign up
The first thing you will need to do is sign up with us at my.dezrez.co.uk. There are a few tips on what you will need to do in order to register with us (it's simple I promise) and these can be found here Once you are signed up with our self service portal, you can begin raising a new idea that will be sent to our product team!

Once you sign in you will see the following page. To raise your idea, click into the 'community' section.









The first time you raise an idea:
Click on the 'add topic' icon in the centre of your page.
You will note that the 'Topic Type' is idea. this is our new Feature Request!







Enter the information required, including a detailed description of the idea that you are raising. Select the catagory to which this idea is related and the sub category remains 'Uncatagorised'. Here you can also add some tags and subscribe if you would like to recieve updates on the progress of your idea raised (good idea). You can also attach any files you think may help your case. Once all of this is filled in, click 'post' to submit your idea.






This will then go for moderation. The first time you raise a topic, our team will have to approve this. But once your first idea is approved, any other requests you subequently raise, will automatically be approved. Once it is approved, you will be able to see it and all other approved ideas in the community page. These will be listed by topic. Any topic that has an idea already submitted will be listed in the community page.



Here is where you can 'thumbs up' an idea raised by someone else if you would like to see this idea followed through with. This is your 'voting system'. You can see how many 'likes' an idea has gotten, and this is how you can help ideas gain traction.

In this view, you can also see what status each idea is in. by using the 'idea' drop down menu you can see any comments that have been added by a member of our staff.
