Recording Contact with Customer

This guide will show you how to record any correspondence within Rezi.

Once in Rezi, click on the 'Plus' button and click on 'Log a call or contact'. 



If you do this from a property or contact card, it will prefill the information on the person and property. You can change this if you wish.
If you are doing this from the homepage, simply search for the customer if they are already in rezi. If they aren't simply click 'add a new customer'. Fill in the properties details too if they are needed.

  


Select from the options on the right of this screen you can record the type of correspondence and who contacted who. There is also a notes section to write down what was discussed and when finished, hit 'Record'.


This will now be recorded against this contact card and appear on the timeline.
