Recording Viewing Feedback

One of the most vital parts of the viewing process is collecting feedback once the viewing has taken place. There are a few ways to do this on Rezi, this guide will show you how to collect feedback via the 'Viewing Feedback Feature.'

To open the viewing feedback list you must first navigate the property tab.

Once on the property tab, you can navigate down the viewing follow-up tile. You can then click on the red arrow to open the viewing follow-up feature.

Once open you will be presented with a list of the current viewing follow-ups for your branch. You can filter the list down by using the filter section, as seen in the image below. Once happy with the lists you can click details to click into the viewing.

After you have clicked details you will be taken into the viewing. If there is more than one viewing for this group it will be presented in the list for you. From this section, you can now see the details for this group which you can ring to find out more about the viewing. Once you have the feedback you can enter it into the feedback box. You can then click record feedback to save it against the viewing.

Once the feedback has been entered you can then notify the vendor with the new information. You are now able to tick the boxes for 'feedback reviewed' and 'vendor notified'. You are also able to send the feedback to the vendor via the option below 'Send feedback'

You are then able to send either the single feedback or all the feedback that has been taken for this property.

You can select the pack you need to send then press 'Send Feedback' for the feedback to reach the vendor's email address.
