Rezi anytime is a secure customer login area built on the Rezi API which gives your Vendors and Buyers the ability to view and interact with Rezi property data relevant to them 24/7. Amongst other things, buyers can view properties and request viewings while vendors can view the progress of their sale.
To access Rezi Anytime, your customers will need to register the first time they enter. Whether they are a registered client with you or not. To register they must provide an email address and password which are also required for future logins.
It is important to note that the email address they register with through Rezi Anytime must match that which they have registered with your agency in order to view any activities, properties etc. that are assigned to them.
Client Registration
Set up can be done in 3 simple steps.
The following madatory information must be entered to complete these steps:
Step 1 Account information:
Title
First name
Last name
Email
Contact number
Password
Step 2 Personal information:
Address
Branch (if applicable)
Step 3 Needs/ requirements:
Looking to sell
Looking to buy
Looking to let
Looking to rent
Your client will then be sent a verification code by email. They must use this code to complete their registration.Once your client is succesfully verified, they can login using their email and password previously chosen.
Your clients will not be able to login without completing this last step of verification.
Leads into Rezi
Once a client has registered through your Rezi Anytime Login portal, a lead will be created in Rezi instantly to alert your agents to the new registration.
This can currently be found in the To-Do's section under the catagory General contact requests - Unassigned tasks.

There are several different lead types which can be generated by Rezi Anytime:
Agent Controls
As mentioned above, once a client has registered with Rezi Anytime, an instant task is created in Rezi, alerting the agent to the registration. As the agent, you have control over what is viewed in Rezi Anytime by your clients. Below are some of these features:
Viewing Feedback
This will only appear in Rezi Anytime when the agent (yourselves) ticks the 'Feedback reviewed' box.
Properties in Rezi Anytime
When a sales property is valued, it will apprear in Rezi anytime. (pre instruction).
When a lettings property is valued, it will also appear in Rezi Anytime (pre instruction).
Properties will be removed from Rezi Anytime once they are marked 'Completed' in Rezi.
A lettings property does not get removed from Rezi Anytime once it is let. This is where we will be adding a property managment module.
A sale or letting withdrawn will be marked as 'Wthdrawn' in Anytime.
A sale or letting fallen through in Rezi, will be marked as 'Fallen through' in Rezi Anytime.
Photos
A photo marked as private within Rezi will not appear in Rezi Anytime. Only photos marked as public will be shown here. The client has the ability to upload their own photos for approval.
If a client were to upload photos into Rezi Anytime, they will be set to private until an agent reviews and sets them to public.
Documents
The same applies to documents within Rezi. Private documents will not appear in Anytime and public documents will. Clients have the ability to upload documents through the portal.
These will appear in the corresponding section on their property page within your agency Rezi account.
Sales Progression
This module will only apprear when an offer is accepted against a property. Up until this point, this module will be hidden.
Here only your milestones and contacts information can be seen. These feed live from Rezi.
