Rezi Anytime is a client login area which is connected to via your website allowing 24 hour access to certain features, controlled by you. A lot of these features can be made visible or hidden. This section is customisable by how your agency uses the system.
Main Features
When your client first logs in (once being registered) they will see their main dashboard which consists of:

Recent Activity
In the Recent Activity section, there will be an overview of the timeline which includes the following events:
- Property status changes
- Offers
- Price change
Along with the timeline, upcoming and previous appointments will be visible.
My Properties
This contains a list of properties currently being marketed for sale or for let by the vendor or landlord. This is matched by your client email address that is registered with the agent. Be sure that the registered email is the same as the email with the agent.
If your client clicks on 'View More Details' they will be taken through to the property view. Here they can see things like the marketing report, suggest write up changes, submit photos and edit location on the property.
Properties I am Buying/ Renting
This section contains a list of properties currently in the process of being purchased or rented by an applicant (buyer or renter).
My Actions
From my actions, your client can do several activities.
They can 'View my Offers'.
This will show all offers made on a vendor or landlords properties and their associated actions:
- Accepted
- Awaiting Decision
- Rejected
They also have the option to send a message to you, the agent. This will appear in your to-do section within Rezi as a request. There is also a quick link to 'View my Diary' and an option to 'Refer a Friend'.
View My Offers
This is where any offers made on a property to a vendor or landlord and their status can be seen and reviewed. This is a section you have control over your clients viewing.
Send Us a Message
This is where a client can send a message to your agency. This message will then be sent as a request into your to do's section within Rezi.
View My Diary
All valuations and viewings relating to the client can be viewed in the diary section.
Refer a Friend
Clients can send referrals directly to your agency. This will also appear as a request in your rezi to do's section.
Book a Valuation/ Appointment
In this section, a client can request to book a valuation, viewing or any general appointment. This will also be sent to your agency to do's as a request.
My Documents
Documents that are generated in Rezi, against a marketing role, can be found in the documents section of your client login. Only documents market as 'public' will be seen here. Anything market 'Private' will not be available in this section. These documents can be downloaded by the client but not edited. On these documents, who they were created by and when will be referenced using a 'created by' and 'date'.
Clients also have the ability to upload documents into Rezi Anytime. A notification will be sent to the agent via the to do's section that a document has been uploaded by the client so that it can be reviewed and added if necessary.
My Contacts
In this section, the client can view all of the agent contacts. Their contact will be highlighted and information for all branches will be available here too.
My Feedback
Landlords and Vendors can see live viewing feedback in this section. Any offers made on their property can also be viewed and the details reviewed to make a decision.
An Individual Property
When on an individual property, the following is displayed:

This will only appear in Rezi Anytime once an offer is accepted.
Milestones are updated live in Rezi Anytime.
A vendor can only view milestones relating to their sale and own contacts.
An applicant can only view milestones relating to their purchase and own contacts.
Property Photos
All public photos in Rezi can be viewed here. Ones marked as private will not be available through Rezi Anytime. A vendor can also upload their own images, these will be sent to your agency as a request in the to do's section. Until these images are approved, they will be marked as private.
Location
The location can be viewed by the vendor/ landlord the same way it is in Rezi. The vendor can change the location by dragging the location marker and relocating it if it does not accurately display the properties location. This will immediately update the property location in Rezi.
Property Searches
If your client has a property search set up, this is where these properties can be viewed. Each search can be individually viewed by clicking the magnifying class icon. A property search can also be added by your client, should they wish. A client can have multiple property searches active at one time.
This will take your client through to our fuzzy matching facility where the percentage match is shown for that specific property search. Here your client has the option to like a property and this will put these properties into the 'saved properties' section within Rezi Anytime. To see more details on the property, they can also click 'view on website' and this will take them to your website to view that property.
