Rezi Notes

This guide will take you through the process of using Rezi notes.

Navigate to the page that you wish to leave a note on (property or applicant/ vendor).

Click on the orange “Actions” menu then click on the “Notes” tab.

Any notes already recorded can be seen here and new notes are added through this menu. 

Click on the “Pin note” tab to pin this note to pop up upon opening the card.

The note will then display on the page when it is opened for a limited period. This can be closed or unpinned from this view.

Once the note is displayed it can be seen at the bottom of the screen.

Notes can also be seen on the timeline in the “Overview” tab. Information includeds when they were added and by which negotiator. Notes can also be edited by clicking on the pencil icon in the Timeline section (it will be stated that the note has been edited).
