Rezi Post allows estate agents to create and send letters, packs, or print materials directly from Dezrez CRM (Rezi).
If Rezi Post isn’t functioning — for example, letters not generating, options greyed out, or the system freezing during creation — the cause is usually data, configuration, or browser-related.
This guide helps support agents and AI resolve the most common user-side issues before escalation.
Missing or Invalid Property/Contact Data – The record linked to the post (property, vendor, or applicant) is incomplete.
Incorrect Template Selection – The selected letter or pack template doesn’t match the record type.
Browser/Cache Interference – Cached data or an outdated browser prevents the process from running.
System Timeout or Connection Drop – Large documents or slow network interrupts Rezi Post generation.
Confirm the property or contact record includes:
Valid address
Linked applicant/vendor/landlord
All mandatory fields required for the selected post type
If any data is missing → update the record and retry Rezi Post.
Go to Rezi Post → Choose Template.
Ensure the chosen template matches the record type (e.g., vendor letter for vendor record).
If unsure which to use → reference internal template guide or “Rezi Post Template Reference” list.
Clear browser cache and cookies.
Retry in a supported browser (Chrome or Edge).
Ensure pop-ups are enabled — Rezi Post requires a new tab/window to generate letters.
If the issue occurs mid-generation, check the user’s internet connection is stable.
Retry with a smaller letter selection (e.g., single letter instead of batch).
If the process continues to hang, log out and back into Rezi before retrying.

Trigger phrases:
“Rezi Post not working”
“Can’t generate letters”
“Rezi Post freezing or not opening”
“Error when trying to use Rezi Post”
Response flow for AI:
Check record details → “Can you confirm all required fields on the property or contact record are filled in?”
Check template → “Are you using a letter or pack template that matches the record type?”
Browser check → “Let’s clear your browser cache and make sure pop-ups are allowed — Rezi Post opens in a new tab.”
Connection check → “If it’s still freezing, try logging out and back in, then generating a single letter.”
Escalate if unresolved → “If that doesn’t work, I’ll escalate this to our Branding/Technical team to review the template or system.”
Tone for AI:
Calm, supportive, and clear (“Rezi Post usually works once the record and browser are refreshed”).
Encourages user confidence by explaining why each step helps.
Transparent about when escalation is needed.
