In this guide, I'll show you how to use the Rezi Reporting system. It'll cover all manner of reports from negs performance to property stats.
To get into the reporting, you must first click on the graph at the top of the screen.
Once clicked a window will appear that houses all of the reports in Rezi found on the left-hand panel.
You can use the left-hand panel to navigate your way through the reports. There will be a series of reports on some of the options. For example 'Activity' has 9 reports in that option.
Click on the report that you would like to view on the extended panel and it will open up the report for you in the main window. You are also able to set date ranges from the date picker at the top of the screen.
In the report itself, you'll be able to see columns with headers and the data displayed below it. If the report is regarding a branch then you'll be able to click on the branch's name to drill down the report further. This will give you a more in-depth look at each property.
Please note that if you hover over the 'i' symbol next to each header, it'll explain what the column relates to.
You are also able to export the reports, should you wish to use Excel features on the data.
You will have several reports that are laid out in column style. There are a few interactive reports in the 'Event Reporting' category.
Click on the bottom option on the left-hand panel for 'Event Reporting'.
This report will allow you to cross-reference data within the system. You can use the filter in blue at the top to display the data you'd like to see. For example, if I wanted to see what keys have been signed out by a certain neg, I could simply use the filters to achieve this. You can click on the filter for negotiator and type in the name of the person. Then use the filter for 'Event Type' and type in 'Keys'. Click 'Search' to display the information in the table.
