Within the pre-tenancy section of Dezrez, you have different checklist items that correspond to the tab you are on and that you are able to alter to suit your individual agency needs. 

Firstly you will need to go to the pre-tenancy page of a property on the system that you want this new list to appear on. 

Next, go to the checklist that you want to edit, for example, the checklist on the Agreement tab

To remove any items that you do not want on the default list using the trash can icon and to add any items you want in the text box and then press the + to add them into the list

Once you have the list as you want it, the next step is to press the cog symbol next to the "checklist items" heading and select the option to save it as a default checklist

Your changes will now have been saved for that checklist and will appear for any future pre-tenancy pages created on your properties.
