In this guide I’ll show you how to navigate to the tenancy list and filter the list down to achieve the results you need.
You can navigate to a list of tenancies by clicking the left-hand side navigational panel screen under ‘Tenancies’. This will then take you to a list where all of your tenancies are held.
In this list you can filter and search for the tenancies that you would like to show in the list.
If you want to search for the tenancies simply use the search box on the top right-hand side and type in the name of the property or the landlord or tenant in which you wish to bring up.
There is also a series of filters at the top of the screen in which you can manage your active or ending tenancies, start or end tenancy dates, notice date, and service levels
The filters can be used in conjunction with each other meaning that you can cross reference any active tenancies that are ending in a certain date range.
The tenancies is displayed in a table which you can have your address, Landlord, tenant, service level, type and end dates. You simply click on one of the boxes in which a drop-down will appear allowing you to tick the options that you need.
In this example I can filter the list down to show active tenancies that are ending in the next 2 months. You can see in the image below the filters that I’ve used to achieve this. It will show me all properties that have an active tenancy that have their end date set in the next 2 months.
