In this guide, I'll show you how to use the Tenant Lists.
First you must navigate to the tenant section on the navigational panel on the left-hand side. Once you've clicked this it will take you into a list of all of your tenants.
In this section you will have a search box to allow you to search for the tenants name. He will also be able to fill to this list down to various different items in regards to the tenants. This table you will be able to filter what tenants are missing what. So if you're looking for a tenant that is missing an ID or tenant referencing then you are able to use the filters to show anybody that's missing those items. You can use multiple filters in a list for cross referencing purposes.
On the table itself it will show you different columns like tenant name, address, email address and telephone number as well. All of these items are clickable are you able to click into it to see more information or perhaps send a quick text message or email to the tenant. Also in the columns you are able to order certain items like address and lead contact in alphabetical order. If you are looking for someone specific then please use the search bar on the top right hand side of the screen.
You will then have three columns for ID, tenant referencing and right to rent. If these are in red then it is going to be missing an item. For example if Rice to rent shows 0 of 3 that indicates that all three tenants are missing this item. If it shows 1 of 3 so that means one tenant has the right to rent and the other two don't. These numbers will indicate how many tenants are on this tenancy screen and who is missing what. If the item in the column is showing as green that means all of the items in that column are complete so all of the tenants will have the right to rent returned and logged on the system.
Once you are happy with the results on the screen you are able to click into a specific tenant or tenant group and view the details for the tenant screen.
