The following gives a high level overview of the various transaction types.
Inter Account Transfer
This is used when a deposit is protected into an insurance based deposit scheme and the agencies bank account linked to the deposit scheme is the same bank.
Payments
This is used for payments out to a group, or payments out to a custodial deposit scheme (on protection of a deposit), or payments out to the agencies deposit bank account linked to the insurance deposit scheme if it is not the same bank that the client account.
Agent Withdrawal
This is when the agent withdraws funds from the agency account.
Receipts
This is the receipt of funds (standard payment, cash, cheque, PDQ).
Funds Suspended
This is used when suspense funds are receipted.
Funds Unsuspended
This is used when the suspense funds are unsuspended.
Allocation
Allocations / payments made to invoices.
Deposit Release
This is when an insurance deposit is released back to the tenant.
