This guide will take you through the process of recording valuation follow
ups on the system. See the link for a guide on how to manage the follow ups.
Click on the “Properties”
tab.
Then select “Valuations”.
Scroll down the page to “Follow ups” and select either “Sales” or “Lettings”.
The following screen
will appear. The vendor’s details will appear on the left-hand side. In the
centre, it will have the appointments booked for the vendor – viewings to
follow up, valuations to follow up and upcoming appointments. Select the
appointment you require and the details of the appointment will appear on the
right-hand side.
If you are unable to
contact the applicant and wish to make notes of attempted communication, click
“Click here to record the attempt to contact” in the bottom left-hand corner.
This will then add the
note on the system with a time and date stamp. The feedback will remain in the “Valuation
follow-ups” section until the feedback is recorded.
When the required details have been recorded, click “OK” and this will take you back to the valuation follow-ups.
