What the zap?

Proptech is a real buzz word around agency and with more and more choice of new tools it is difficult to know which tech to chose, but even harder is making sure that you get the tech working for you once you’ve decided which ones to pay for.  This is where Zapier comes in, but many estate agents find themselves not knowing their zaps from their bubbles and think a web hook is some kind of way to get rid of cobwebs in the office window. 


So, in this two minute read I will help to explain what a Zap is and how our Zapier integration can really help your agency. 


So what is Zapier?

Zapier is a tool that automates workflows between apps. It enables businesses to effortlessly move information between web services without having to write any code. 


 
For example, an estate agent using Rezi could benefit from our integration with Zapier to automate the transfer of information and photos of their latest instruction from directly from Rezi to automatically post it on Facebook and it can even then send an automated SMS to the seller to let them know their property is on the market and share a link to the post of Facebook and encourage them to share it with their friends.
 
The benefit of Zapier is that it saves time, reduces manual work, and increases accuracy. It's an easy-to-use tool that streamlines day-to-day tasks and simplifies processes, allowing estate agents to focus more on their core activities.  Some more examples of ways for estate agents to use Zapier with Rezi are;


  1. Automated lead interceptor, that responds to enquiries from Rightmove or Zoopla before it even gets to your team
  2. Requesting for a review  or customer feedback automatically
  3. Creating a bespoke league table of your offices performance
  4. Automatically updating a email campaign system like BriefYourMarket, Malichimp or Drip
