📅 New Appointment Menu

We updated the Activities & Notes: the appointment item now has a new menu which allows the user to:

✅ See an audit log of all changes made to the appointment.
🔍 View the appointment details instantly from the same menu.

Why it matters: More transparency and faster access to key info = less admin, more time for clients!

💬 Financial Services Appointment Upgrade

📨 Send Comms Directly from Appointment Screen

We have updated the functionality associated with booking Financial Services appointments. When you book the appointment, you can now send communications directly to appointment attendees from within Dezrez.  You support this change we have introduced  new Rezi Post Packs.

📦 New Rezi Post Packs Added
New packs added for: Financial Services appointment confirmations, Financial Services appointment cancellations, and Financial Services appointment rescheduling

Why it matters: Faster, easier communication = happier clients and fewer missed opportunities!
