Following the successful rollout of the Viewing Workflow, we’re excited to introduce a brand-new Offer Confirmation Workflow—designed to help estate agents streamline communications when an offer is confirmed.

  1. Automated Messaging: Agents can now automatically send an email or SMS to relevant parties when an offer is confirmed—saving time and ensuring consistent communication.
  2. Sales vs Lettings Flexibility: Based on feedback, we’ve added a setting that allows agents to tailor automations depending on whether the offer relates to a sales or lettings property. This means you can set up different messages, actions, or follow-ups for each type.
