This guide sheet will take you through the process of Writing up a Property within the Rezi system.
You have access to the right up tab as soon as the property has been created. This can be accessed from the right up tab on the property side as seen in the image below. This will be available to you from pre-valuation all the way through to completed and shown on any historical properties as well.
Start by clicking on the Write Up tab.
Alternatively, you can click on or choose from list. This will show a list of tags that have been entered into the system in alphabetical order. From here you can click on as many tags as needed for your property.
When you have tagged your property click on the blue word back.
You will now add the local authority and any charges applied to the property.
This area of Rezi will set up the Property Feature section for you property, or commonly known as bullet points.
Once this is complete you will move on to the Main Marketing Text box. This describes the best features of the property. Use this as your main marketing text to make the property sound amazing! It is displayed on your web site property details, portal property details and printed media. To add the information, click into the empty box and to edit any existing text, click on the pencil icon.
Room Descriptions comes next on the page. This is where you can enter individual rooms and areas and also include their dimensions and descriptions. By clicking on the plus button and selecting either Room or Floor/Area and then adding the information. To edit any existing text, click on the pencil icon.
If you have any other information that you feed to your portals, such as Location, External, Travel etc, then you have additional text boxes that you can use. These can be renamed so you know what information will added to which area of your portals. To add the information, click into the empty box and to edit any existing text, click on the pencil icon.
Click on the photo tab to add images for your property. Click on the blue box or drag and drop images into the Drop files here to upload area.
Navigate to your photographs and select all the photographs that you want to upload and then click on Open. This will upload all of the images to Rezi.
Here you can drag and drop images to re-arrange them. Click in the top right hand corner of each image to delete it. You also have a padlock in the corner of every image. This padlock will allow you to keep the picture in Rezi however, when the padlock is set to private, it will not be uploaded to any portal. To set an image as private, click on the padlock. The order in which they appear is the order that they will appear in Rightmove. There is also a number in the bottom right corner to show you the sequence.
To add a floor plan, click on the blue box or drag and drop images into the Drop files here to upload area.
Navigate to the floor-plan you need and then click on Open, This will upload the floor-plan to Rezi.
There is also an area to add Miscellaneous images. This may be used for Architect drawing or planning permission.
To add any miscellaneous images, click on the blue box or drag and drop images into the Drop files here to upload area.
If you have the EPC as a PDF document you can upload this later, however if you do have the information, click on Edit and enter the numbers into the boxes and then click on save. This will generate the EPC document ready for uploading to any of your portals without any identifiable property information.
Click on the Location and this allows the user to plot the location or the area of the property using the red marker.
There is an option here to Set as Property Image. This option can be used to set the image at the top of the property page if you are awaiting photographs of the property and to set as default when searching for properties.
Once you have dropped the marker you will be prompted to give the POI a name and assign it to a category.
Once you have given it a name and assigned a category you will click on save. This will add to the list within Rezi.
