🧠 Use This When...

A user asks:

  • “How do I send a Credas check to a client?”

  • “How do I verify someone’s identity for AML?”

  • “The AML check hasn’t been received.”

  • “How do I resend a Credas invite?”

  • “Where can I see the AML status?”

🔍 Step-by-Step: Sending a Credas AML Check in Rezi

1. Go to the Person’s Contact Record

  • Use the Global Search bar or navigate via the linked property

  • Open the contact profile (applicant, vendor, buyer, or landlord)

2. Click “Initiate AML Check” or “Credas Check”

  • Look for the AML or Compliance section in their profile

  • Click “Send AML Check”, “Initiate Credas”, or similar (depends on system config)

🧠 The button is usually only visible if:

  • The contact has a valid email address and mobile number

  • You are integrated with Credas

3. Fill in Required Details

You may be prompted to confirm:

  • Client name

  • Email and mobile number

  • Role (e.g. buyer, vendor)

  • Transaction address (optional in some versions)

✅ Rezi will automatically send the invitation through Credas and log the request in the contact timeline.

4. Client Receives Invite via Email/SMS

  • The client will receive a secure link to complete ID verification through the Credas app or web portal

  • They’ll be asked to submit ID and a selfie as part of the identity check

5. Track the AML Status

  • Return to the contact profile

  • View the AML Status indicator (e.g. “Pending”, “In Progress”, “Completed”, “Failed”)

  • Click to open the Credas report when available

📎 The report can usually be downloaded as a PDF for your compliance file.

🔁 Optional: Resending the Credas Invite

If the client doesn’t complete the check:

  • Go back to the contact profile

  • Use the “Resend AML Check” or “Resend Invite” button

  • Confirm details and re-send
