To help users issue a Credas AML check to applicants, buyers, vendors, or landlords through Rezi, ensuring compliance with Anti-Money Laundering regulations.
A user asks:
“How do I send a Credas check to a client?”
“How do I verify someone’s identity for AML?”
“The AML check hasn’t been received.”
“How do I resend a Credas invite?”
“Where can I see the AML status?”
Use the Global Search bar or navigate via the linked property
Open the contact profile (applicant, vendor, buyer, or landlord)
Look for the AML or Compliance section in their profile
Click “Send AML Check”, “Initiate Credas”, or similar (depends on system config)
🧠 The button is usually only visible if:
The contact has a valid email address and mobile number
You are integrated with Credas
You may be prompted to confirm:
Client name
Email and mobile number
Role (e.g. buyer, vendor)
Transaction address (optional in some versions)
✅ Rezi will automatically send the invitation through Credas and log the request in the contact timeline.
The client will receive a secure link to complete ID verification through the Credas app or web portal
They’ll be asked to submit ID and a selfie as part of the identity check
Return to the contact profile
View the AML Status indicator (e.g. “Pending”, “In Progress”, “Completed”, “Failed”)
Click to open the Credas report when available
📎 The report can usually be downloaded as a PDF for your compliance file.
If the client doesn’t complete the check:
Go back to the contact profile
Use the “Resend AML Check” or “Resend Invite” button
Confirm details and re-send
