To help users identify and resolve common issues with email and calendar sync between Rezi and external platforms like Gmail, Outlook, and Microsoft 365.
A customer says:
“My calendar isn’t syncing.”
“Emails I send in Rezi aren’t showing in my sent folder.”
“Events aren’t appearing in my calendar.”
“I connected Google/Outlook, but nothing is syncing.”
“My diary is out of sync with my phone.”
Go to Settings → My Profile → Integrations
Ensure your Google, Outlook, or Microsoft 365 account shows as connected
If disconnected, click Reconnect and re-authorise permissions
Rezi typically syncs:
Outbound emails (from Rezi to your email provider)
Received replies (via associated email thread ID)
Check that you're using the correct linked email account inside Rezi
Confirm that emails sent via Rezi are:
Logged in the contact's timeline
Logged in your email provider's Sent folder
If not:
Revoke and re-authorise access under your provider:

Ensure:
Admin policies (e.g. Outlook admin settings) aren’t blocking external app access
You accepted all requested permissions during initial connection
Go to Settings → My Profile → Integrations
Check the calendar service is connected (Google or Outlook)
Create a viewing or appointment in Rezi
Check if it appears in your calendar after a few minutes
If it doesn’t:
Try the same in reverse (create in your calendar → look for it in Rezi)
Some users have multiple calendars in their email account
Go to your calendar app settings (Google/Outlook)
Ensure the Rezi-linked calendar is visible and active
Ensure your mobile calendar app is:
Logged into the same account you linked to Rezi
Sync toggles are ON
Permissions are granted for background activity

Confirmation they’ve tried reconnecting
Escalate to support if:
Integration fails repeatedly
Permissions were accepted but sync fails
Calendar data is being lost or overwritten
