To help users identify and resolve common issues with email and calendar sync between Rezi and external platforms like Gmail, Outlook, and Microsoft 365.

🔍 Step-by-Step Troubleshooting


📧 Email Sync Issues

1. Check Email Integration Status

  • Go to Settings → My Profile → Integrations

  • Ensure your Google, Outlook, or Microsoft 365 account shows as connected

  • If disconnected, click Reconnect and re-authorise permissions

2. Confirm Email Sync Settings

  • Rezi typically syncs:

    • Outbound emails (from Rezi to your email provider)

    • Received replies (via associated email thread ID)

  • Check that you're using the correct linked email account inside Rezi

3. Check Sent Items / Logs

  • Confirm that emails sent via Rezi are:

    • Logged in the contact's timeline
