To help users:
Connect their calendar (Google or Outlook) to Rezi
Resolve common sync issues
Ensure appointments and diary entries stay accurate across devices
A customer says:
“How do I sync my calendar with Rezi?”
“My diary isn’t syncing with Google/Outlook.”
“Appointments aren’t showing on my phone.”
“Calendar events have disappeared.”
“Rezi and my email calendar aren’t talking to each other.”
🔐 You must be logged in with appropriate permissions to manage calendar integrations.
Go to Settings → My Profile → Integrations
Click Connect to Google Calendar
Follow the prompts to log in to your Google account
Authorise Rezi to access your calendar
Choose the calendar to sync (if you have more than one)
Go to Settings → My Profile → Integrations
Click Connect to Microsoft Calendar
Sign in with your Outlook/Office credentials
Approve the permissions
Choose your preferred calendar
Rezi generally pushes events to your connected calendar and can pull in events if permissions allow.
Confirm whether you're syncing one-way (Rezi → Calendar) or two-way (Rezi ⬌ Calendar)
Two-way sync may require elevated permissions or admin setup
Create a test appointment in Rezi (e.g. viewing or internal meeting)
Check if it appears in your connected calendar after a few minutes
Do the same in reverse — create one in your external calendar and check if it appears in Rezi (if two-way sync is enabled)
Ensure integration is connected under Settings → My Profile → Integrations
If disconnected, reconnect and re-authorize your calendar
Refresh the calendar manually in Rezi or your mail client
Confirm the correct calendar is selected (some users have multiple)
Check if the missing events were created in the same calendar account that’s connected to Rezi
Verify that the event types are supported (e.g. personal events may be excluded)
Ensure your phone’s native calendar app is linked to the correct Google/Outlook account
On mobile:
Go to Calendar app → Accounts → Check the sync toggle is ON
Make sure background app refresh and permissions are allowed
If issues persist, try using the Google Calendar or Outlook app directly rather than the phone’s native app
Clear browser cache or switch to incognito mode
Try another browser/device to see if it’s browser-related
Double-check time zones under My Profile → Preferences
Revoke and re-authorize access via your email account settings:

Then reconnect through Rezi and repeat the sync steps

Ask the user for:
Email/calendar service used (Google, Outlook, 365)
What they’ve tried already
Screenshots of missing events (if possible)
Whether others in their office are affected
Whether this happens on mobile, desktop, or both
Escalate to support if:
Sync breaks repeatedly after reconnecting
Calendar appears connected but shows no activity
User has critical diary events missing or duplicated
