Recording an Offer

In this guide we will show you how to record an offer on a property. You will be able to add any offer onto the property via the offer tab so you can contact the vendor and wait for their decision.

To record an offer, navigate to the property you want to record the offer on and click on Offers. 

From here click on Record New Offer

If a person has previously viewed this property then their name will be available in the drop-down menu. If they have not viewed this property then you're able to either search the database or register them from scratch.  You will also be able to add a preferred solicitor representing the buyer from this screen if you wish.

Once you have added the solicitor to the offer it will pull this information through to Sales Progression once the offer has been accepted.

To record the offer, please type in the amount, select 'Mark under offer' if you wish that to be communicated to your portal feeds or website for this property.  Please enter any notes that are conditions of the sale, or you need for important background information to the offer.  You can tick the box to generate a letter pack confirming the recording of the offer to the parties involved.  If you wish to view and make edits to what will be sent out in the packs - please click on Preview.  If you just wish to record the offer, select 'Record'.

To change the main templates of the offer letter, remember this can all be done in Dezrez Post. 

Once the offer has been recorded, it will appear as below. To reject/accept the offer, click on to the line of the offer, or to make a new offer for another client, click Record New Offer and repeat the steps as above.
