In this guide, I'll show you how to reject an offer on a property. You must have a pending offer on the system to be able to reject an offer.

See our video guide for this guide
here.
To reject an offer, navigate to the property you want to reject the offer on and click on Offers. You will note in the example below that as there is an offer pending and the Agency has selected to inform the portals that the property is 'Under Offer', this status is reflected on the left hand side next to the current on the market status.
From here you will see the offer sitting as Pending (in yellow) in the Status area. Click on the offer.
From within the offers, click on Record Decision. You will also note on this screen that there is the option for 'Withdraw' if it is the buyer backing out of the sale for any reason.
Change the outcome to Offer Rejected, add any notes into the notes box and then tick Vendor has been notified
Once all areas are completed, click to Generate letter pack if you are sending out correspondence and then click on Record Decision
The offer will now show as Rejected (in red) in the status.
To increase or add a different offer for your client, click on the same line and this will give you the option to increase the offer for that applicant.
