Scheduling Property Listings in Rezi

Purpose:
Guide users in setting a future go-live date for a property listing, rather than publishing immediately.

✅ Steps:

  1. Create the property record as normal: fill in address, photos, price, etc.

  2. Go to the Marketing tab within the property profile.

  3. Set the Go Live Date

    • Look for a field like “Go Live Date” or “Available From”

    • Choose a future date

    • Specify if this applies to Rezi only or also to portals (Rightmove, Zoopla)

  4. Do not manually publish

    • Rezi will queue the listing and publish it automatically on the scheduled date.

  5. Check scheduled listings

    • Use filters in the Property List or Search to find listings with upcoming go-live dates.

Listing went live early                     Likely manually published — withdraw and re-schedule
Still not live after date                     Push a manual portal sync or contact support
Go Live field missing                     Could be permissions-based — check user role
