Scheduling Property listing in Rezi

Scheduling Property listing in Rezi

Applies to: Properties not yet ready to publish, setting future live dates, preparing pre-marketing entries.

🎯 Purpose

To guide users through how to schedule a property listing to go live on a specific date across Rezi and external portals, rather than publishing it immediately.

🧠 Use This When...

The customer says:

  • “How do I set a go-live date for a listing?”

  • “I don’t want the property to appear on Rightmove yet.”

  • “Can I delay the listing but prepare everything in advance?”

  • “I want the property to publish tomorrow/next week.”

  • “The vendor wants to hold off listing until a certain day.”

🔍 Step-by-Step: Scheduling Listings in Rezi

1. Create the Property Record as Usual

  • Go to Properties → Add Property

  • Fill in all required details:

    • Address, ownership, price

    • Media (photos/floorplans)

    • Description and features

    • Vendor/landlord contact

✅ Make sure to save and preview the property record before proceeding.

2. Go to the Marketing Tab

  • Within the property profile, click on the “Marketing” tab.

  • This is where you control visibility, portals, and go-live settings.

3. Set the Go Live Date

  • Look for the field labelled “Go Live Date” or “Available from” (terminology may vary slightly).

  • Select the desired future date the property should appear live.

  • Confirm whether this applies to:

    • Rezi only

    • Portals (Rightmove, Zoopla, OnTheMarket)

    • Or both

🕒 The listing will automatically publish across platforms on the chosen date.

4. Save & Exit – Do Not Manually Publish Yet

  • Rezi will queue the listing to sync on the scheduled day.

  • Do not manually push to portals if you want it to remain hidden until the go-live date.

5. Review and Confirm Scheduled Listings

  • You can view upcoming listings under:

    • Property Search → Filters → Scheduled

    • Or sort by “Go Live Date” to track what’s launching soon

⚠️ Common Pitfalls & Fixes

ProblemSolution
“Property went live too early”                      Someone may have clicked "Send to Portals" manually — withdraw and re-schedule
“The go-live date didn’t work”                      Double-check time zone, ensure correct field used, confirm portals support scheduled sync
“Property still not live after the set date”                      Push a manual portal sync or contact support to investigate delay
“I can’t find the Go Live Date field”                      May require specific role/permission or version — contact support if missing

🆘 Still Need Help?

If scheduling didn’t work, ask for:

  • Property address or ID

  • Go-live date that was entered

  • Whether portals were syncing correctly

  • Whether any other users edited the listing

Escalate to support if:

  • The listing synced despite the future date

  • “Go Live” settings are not available

  • Portal sync remains inactive after the scheduled time
