To guide users through the correct steps in Rezi to:
End a failed sale
Re-activate the property listing
Return the property to portals and available stock
Customer says:
“The sale has fallen through — what do I do now?”
“I need to put a property back on the market.”
“How do I re-list a property after a buyer pulls out?”
“Rezi still shows the property as under offer.”
“I want to reactivate a withdrawn sale.”
Use the global search to find the property.
Click into the Property Profile.
Navigate to the Offers tab.
Locate the accepted offer and click “Withdraw” or “Sale Fallen Through”, depending on your Rezi version.
Add a reason or comment (e.g. “buyer financing fell through”).
📌 This will:
Change the offer status
Revert the applicant’s status to “offered”
Update the property status to Available
Check the property is now set to Available in Rezi.
If needed, manually update it via the Property Summary → Status field.
Rezi should re-sync the property with portals like Rightmove or Zoopla.
Wait a few minutes, then check the public listing.
If it doesn’t appear:
Go to Marketing → Portal Sync
Push a manual sync if available
Or contact support if the listing isn’t updating
If a new marketing push is needed:
Create a new window card or marketing brochure
Inform buyers who had previously registered interest
Consider amending the listing (price, photos, text) to attract fresh attention
