🔍 Step-by-Step (Human Flow)

  1. Confirm listing status = Live + portals ticked.
  2. Check all required fields (address, price, photo, EPC, branch details).
  3. Verify time since publishing (feeds = 15–60 mins).
  4. If >1hr → escalate to 2nd Line to check Azure sync logs.
  5. Urgent cases → advise temporary manual upload.
