Certificates and Licences & Utilities screen

Certificates and Licences & Utilities screen

In this guide, I’ll show you how to upload a certificate and licenses and Utilities to Rezi PM.

You must first navigate to a property, once on the property you’re able to select a tab for certificates or licenses. Let’s start off with certificates:

Certificates and Licences

This section will show you all the certificates that you’ve got for this property. If you don’t have any certificates, it will simply be blank.

To upload the certificate simply click the button on the right-hand side that says upload certificate.

From here you will be able to select what certificate it is whether it be gas certificate, EPC certificate or fire safety certificate. Underneath that you will have the date which is the starting date and the expiry date as well. You also have a button to upload the actual certificate itself this will allow you to upload a scanned copy of the certificate to this particular entry.

Once you are happy with all the details in the window simply press save which in turn will upload this certificate into the certificate section. To make any amendments to this simply navigate to the right hand side of the screen and simply click the option is next to the entry as seen in the picture below.

Utilities and Suppliers

The next tab across is called utilities and suppliers. This will allow you to add any companies that are dealing with the properties utilities at the moment. In order to add utilities and supplier you simply click on the button that says add services or readings where a window will appear for you.

In this window you are able to select what type of supplier it is and also the company that dealing with it. In order to search for a company they must already be registered on the system. If you do not have this company on the system you will need to return back to our Rezi and add via the plus icon from there.

In the window you are able to select which tenancy this utility applies to so you can select from a drop down menu. You can then select the type of utility whether it will be gas, electric or broadband. You are then able to add in provider for this utility.

You can then add a reading for this whether it be gas or electric you're able to add it from here. You are also able to add the reading date as well which is very important as you can see when the last reading for electricity or gas was taken.

The last section allows you to say who is liable for this utility, whether it will be the landlord or the tenant not able to select that from there.
