Changing the Marketing Price

This guide will show you how to simply change the marketing price of a property in the Dezrez System.

Search for the property you wish to change the marketing price on. Click into the actions menu on the property then click on the 'Change Price' tab within these options.



In the 'Asking price' field, change the price to the new market price of the property. Change any price qualifiers as you need to. Make any changes to marketing flags on your portals and click 'Save changes'.



Add any notes that are needed to go along with the price change, click 'Save note' then click 'OK'.



The price on the property page will now be updated. You can also see the changes being saved in the notes and activities log.

Once you make any changes to the property page, be sure to regenerate any brochures as these will need to be updated.
