How to add and manage a Deposit Scheme

In this guide I will show you how to add a Deposit account into your PM account.

Firstly click on the Accounts Dashboard on the left hand navigational panel. 



Once on the dashboard please click on the 'Add' button next to Deposits on the right-hand side of the screen.



Once clicked a window will appear to allow you to enter the scheme you are using and also the scheme type like custodial or insurance based.



Once you have click the Save button the new scheme should appear in the deposit section of you dashboard.



To see a list of deposits for a scheme simply click on the scheme and you'll be taken into a list. From here you can see all deposits for this scheme with the address and the amount that is held.



Click on the details button to open up the deposit information. From here you can either add more deposits if needed or release a deposit if it's the end of the tenancy and the money has been released to the tenant from the scheme.
