In this guide, I’ll show you how to navigate to the property list and filter the list down to achieve the results you need.
In this list, you can filter and search for the property that you would like.
If you want to search for the property simply use the search box on the top right-hand side and type in the name of the property or the landlord in which you wish to bring up.
There is also a series of filters at the top of the screen in which you can manage your active tenancies, service levels and any missing certificates and licenses from there. The filters can be used in conjunction with each other meaning that you can cross-reference any active tenancies that are missing EPC for example.
The property is well displayed in a table in which you can have your address, Landlord, service level, active tenancies and certificates and licenses. You simply click on one of the boxes in which a drop-down will appear allowing you to tick the options that you need.
In this example, I can filter the list down to show active tenancies that are missing gas safety certificates. You can see in the image below the filters that I’ve used to achieve this. It will show me all properties that have an active tenancy on there but I’m missing gas safety certificates from the system.
Next to each property on the right-hand side, there are three lines, if you click those you’re able to open up a quick option certificate.
These include:
· Add certificates and licenses - this will open up a screen to add your certificates and licenses to this particular property
· Raise maintenance - you can raise a maintenance job straight from here by clicking this option
· Add management take on - add management to take on from this option here
· Add a service - to add a service simply click on this option
· View Property in Rezi - click this option to open up another tab which will have this property open in Rezi
