Unique Marketing Preferences on the Property Hub

In this guide I'll show you how to add unique marketing preferences to the Property hub.

On the For Sale/To Let tab, there is a Marketing sub-tab (1), with options to set Unique Marketing Preferences for that role (2). These are enabled automatically for any properties created in the Old Property Hub.
Any writeup for this For Sale/To Let role therefore must be done on the extra tabs that are available on this role (3).



For any properties created in the New Property Hub, by default the Unique Marketing Preferences are NOT enabled, and any writeup should be completed on the main Writeup tab of the property (4). You may enable the Unique Marketing Preferences at any point if you would like a different writeup for example on the For Sale/For Let roles, but please note that once enabled, you cannot revert it.
