🔍 Step-by-Step (Human Flow)

  1. Confirm whether removal is portals only or full archive in Rezi.
  2. Update Marketing Status → Withdrawn / Sold STC / Let / Archived.
  3. Advise that portals update within 15–60 minutes.
  4. If urgent → escalate to 2nd Line for manual feed push.
  5. Record the reason for removal (audit + MI reporting).
